The purpose of this non-profit organization is to assist persons with disabilities to develop to their highest potential and achieve fulfilling lives. Mid-Valley offers Community Inclusion Services, Residential Services, Employment Services, and Transportation. Residential Services: Supported Living Programs both in a private home and apartments. 24 hour group homes. Vocational: Individual Placement, crews/enclaves, affirmative businesses, Community Inclsion Services (Amity, McMinnville, Newberg). English, Spanish, ASL.
