CCI participants are employeed by CCI and provided support services indentified in their individual support plan to maxamize their earning potential while developing quality work habits. Depending on the participants desires and skills, the participant may be employeed in one of CCI's enclaves. Participants may also be involved in job training, job exploration,interpersonal skills and other skill training enhancing their employment opportunities.
