The Personal Services Provider Search is designed to help families and people with disabilities locate people to assist them with their support needs through these brokerages: Self Determination Resources, Inc., Inclusion, Inc., Mentor Oreogn, and The Arc Brokerage. Respite Care and family support contractors for children (0-18 years receiving case management from their county DD services) who approved through The Arc Multnomah-Clackamas and Yamhill County DD Services are also included.
