Support group for parents and caregivers of adult children (ages 18 and up). The group will meet The 2nd Tuesday of the Month from 6:30-8:00 p.m.
- United Way Building located in downtown Portland, 300 SW 11th Ave. (cross street is Alder)
Our facilitator is Carol Markovics. Carol is a Clinical & Developmental Psychologist. A recent transplant from Rochester, New York, Carol now has a private practice in West Linn. Dr. Markovics has experience with patients experiencing chronic illness, depression, anxiety, panic disorder as well as problems arising from life transitions. Her work with families facing the challenges of developmental disabilities emphasizes the importance of a thorough understanding of developmental and individual differences while building social and emotional skills.
