The Oregon Council on Developmental Disabilities and the Oregon DD Coalition invite you to join us on February 24th 2010 to celebrate at the Oregon State Capital milestones and accomplishments that have led to improved services for people with developmental disabilties over the past 10 years. An awards ceremony will and proclamation reading, and a poster unveiling will begin at noon.
