What You Don't Know Can Hurt You! Using Positive Behavior Supports in the Community

Presenter: Dan J. Baker, PhD; Community Positive Behavior Support, Transition, and Supported Employment Projects, and Associate Professor of Pediatrics, Elizabeth M. Boggs Center on
Developmental Disabilities

The old saying "What you don't know can't hurt you" is absolutely wrong when it comes to
supporting youth and adults with IDD and problem behaviors. This webinar will focus on simple,
team‐driven strategies for identifying the reasons for problem behaviors and subsequently
designing interventions. We will consider person‐centered and mental health perspectives as well
as traditional behavior analytic explanations for problem behavior.

Price: TASH members $75/ session; $337.50/series
Non‐members $115/session; $515.50/ series
